add "Presentation of ISO mdocs using OpenID4VP" section in HAIP

we added "Presentation of ISO mdocs using OpenID4VP" section in OpenID4VP, need to profile it in HAIP too. 

i think that section would only contain what is already in section 6.1 https://openid.github.io/oid4vc-haip/openid4vc-high-assurance-interoperability-profile-wg-draft.html#section-6.1
