Reconsider adding ISO mdoc profile for OID4VCI

Based on the latest discussions between the OIDF and WG4, reconsider the decision to treat ISO mdocs as out of scope for OID4VCI.

All we need to do is to update 4. OpenID for VCI and extend it to ISO mdocs. I believe this is the only thing we would need to change:

MUST support protocol extensions for the SD-JWT VC Credential format profile as defined in Section 7.2.

to something like ...

MUST support protocol extensions for the SD-JWT VC and/or ISO mdoc Credential format profile as defined in ...

wg discussion: DCP WG's understanding is that there is a basic agreement to do this in DCP WG. might be some things to be discussed.
