Make it clearer what the options are as per #256
Also as per the discussion on today's EU friendly WG call, the 'MUST' requirement for verifiers/wallets to support status list is removed, meaning the we're reliant on the text in SD-JWT VC that makes 'status list' a 'SHOULD' for verifier to implement. 'exp' is understood to be mandatory for verifier already.
