Parameters that are specific to the trust framework or whatever of the client id should be in the header along side that client id (there's basically a header per signature) rather than in the payload (there's only one payload). So the text "All other request parameters MUST be present in the payload element of the JWS object." that went in with #308 for the JWS JSON Serialization of requests needs to be fixed.
