Document known mechanisms for legacy contacts on large platforms

Document the process/workflow for adding legacy contacts to handle services after the primary owner's death or disablement. Services in scope include, but are not limited to:

• Bluesky
• Password managers
  • 1Password
  • Dashlane
  • LastPass
