Apple Legacy Contacts - Federation of multiple iCloud accounts? #20

Specific to Apple: It has gotten better about federating multiple iCloud accounts. Do we have evidence that this process covers the entire "cloud" of Apple-associated emails? I've got like 2-3 Apple emails at this point.
Specific to Apple: If it doesn't cover all of them, is it clear which it applies to?
@xmlgrrl can you look into this? I don't have multiple Apple emails to play with.
