OSIA SIA use case reference

I recently came across the [SIA (Secure Identity Alliance) OSIA specification](https://osia.readthedocs.io/en/stable/index.html) that has a section on death, section [2.3.2](https://osia.readthedocs.io/en/stable/02%20-%20functional.html#death-use-case), that might serve as an input to the discussion (problem statement, use cases, etc.).
