Implications of personhood tokens and DADE

With the new interest in some form of credential that indicates personhood... what are the implications for DADE? A personhood credential, in theory, could be a delegated one to indicate that this person is acting on this other person's behalf, which is a degenerate case of this non-human agent is acting on the behalf of this person. On Behalf Of is one of that last vast undiscovered countries in IAM... and it has implications for DADE as well.

Eve mentioned on the 1/8/2025 call that your legal rights change when you pass away. Does a personhood credential convey a status that indicates that the human is still living?

Are the organizations working on personhood credentials considering the case of humans after death?

Another idea that originated on the call, can shared signals be used to communicate personhood data (e.g. a person has passed away)? Is this something that could originate from a death registry run by a governmental source?

What about the ability to escrow a delegated Personhood token to a given set of individuals (e.g. the trustees of a revocable living trust) that is released on proof of death. For example, submit valid death certificate to get access to the Personhood token which can be used to interact with services on behalf of the deceased individual.
