Privacy Consideration Section

We need to include a privacy consideration section about how to mitigate privacy risks related to:

• the cases when and where privacy concerns might appear, in particular, but not in the scopes of this issue, about wallet use cases
• fetching subordinate statements -> using static trust chains during the request
• checking trust marks revocation -> using short lived trust marks instead of trust mark status endpoint
