frame_x86.inline.hpp -> oopMapCache.hpp -> generateOopMap.hpp.

Before:
frame_x86.inline.hpp included 571 times
oopMapCache.hpp included 571 times
generateOopMap.hpp included 571 times

After:
frame_x86.inline.hpp included 571 times
oopMapCache.hpp included 21 times
generateOopMap.hpp included 21 times
