Please review a javadoc update for jQuery UI from release 1.13.2 to 1.14.1.

Tests are fine, and I also tested search functionality of generated documentation in the browser without encountering any problems.

Copyright owner changed from jQuery Foundation to OpenJS Foundation in this release.
