This PR cleans up code 32-bit x86 code in nativeInst_x86.* files.

Testing:

  • tier1 through tier4 on x86 plus Oracle internal testing

Progress

  • Change must be properly reviewed (1 review required, with at least 1 Reviewer)
  • Change must not contain extraneous whitespace
  • Commit message must refer to an issue
