The following test has been seen to fail intermittently on Windows platform:
sun/security/ssl/DHKeyExchange/LegacyDHEKeyExchange.java
with the exception:
java.net.SocketException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

The test seems to be suffering from some race condition in occasions that should be handled to avoid instability
