Currently, there are x86_32 failures in GHA:

compiler/runtime/Test7196199.java 
compiler/runtime/safepoints/TestRegisterRestoring.java 
compiler/vectorization/TestVectorsNotSavedAtSafepoint.java

This backport is supposed to fix all three of them.
