8267932: [lworld] JIT support for the L/Q model (step 2)

Remaining changes (mostly intrinsics) and some small bug fixes after JDK-8267846. I also strengthened some tests.

This should fix all JIT related failures in tier1 - 3 except for JDK-8270098 which is a bug in mainline.
