More flexible AnchoredElement positioning #222

Instead of fixed positions (ol.AnchoredElementPositioning), the anchor positioning could be specified with percents:

[0.0, 0.0] for bottom left
[0.5, 0.0] for bottom center
[1.0, 1.0] for top right
[0.5, 0.5] for center center
