What is the actual version of the conductor VAD package you are using as indicated in the "System Admin" -> "Packages" tab of the conductor itself ?

This might be useful info: drop via the ISQL web interface also fails:

Message: SPARUL_DROP() failed: graph http://raw-dump has not been explicitly created before.

The graph in question was indeed not explicitly created, but was used as a context when adding triples via the sesame virtuoso driver.

Have you tried using the "silent drop ..." method as detailed at:

Hugh, this worked just fine and is a nice enough workaround for me.
