I noted 2 things for soonish fixes:

1. We need a 'how to join' link for the working groups. Just link to the email like the other how to join links.
2. The EC headshots have a messed up aspect ratio: compressed horizontally or elongated vertically.

I just now looked and here is what it looks like to me. Unfortunately, perhaps, I'm not that skinny.

For the next section (members council), It seems a little weird that the box grows to match the height of its associated text box. I'm looking through the docs to see if there's an easy fix.

To me, Min looks just as skinny as I do. Could it be a platform/browser based issue?

It has to do more with the way the theme is configured. Since we're using a Docsy Hugo to build these pages quickly and efficiently, we're using pre-configured snippets of code to build the page. It's less work on our part, but less "control" over the customization of the code as a result. It just requires a more deep dive into the documentation to resolve these issues though

Distorted images should be fixed after the latest PR to update docsy to v0.4.0 #428
