BIR-4 Added More Improvements to the Number of Admissions report #8

Description

This PR contains these improvements for Number of Admissions report,

Removed the location selector from the report
Added Total Count to the bottom of the table.
UUID of the report should be updated along with new UUID of Number of Admission for All locations report.Removed unwanted import from the file (https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-module-referencemetadata/blob/master/api/src/main/java/org/openmrs/module/referencemetadata/reporting/reports/admissions/NumberOfAllAdmissions.java#L38)
