Device Templates

The OpenRemote Designer has several Device Templates available, you can use for creating a new panel as well as have these panel automatically loaded for iOS. Table 1 gives you an overview of the Panel templates, the devices they can be used for, the used resolution, and the naming convention. Note that for iOS these device templates use the points dimensions and not the actual screen resolution.

The iOS Console will pre-select the correct panel matching your device, if you stick to the naming convention for the panel names. As long as you use names starting with the naming convention, the iOS Console will automatically select the correct panel.
