@openshift-cherrypick-robot: This pull request references Bugzilla bug 2091738, which is invalid:

  • expected dependent Bugzilla bug 2088428 to be in one of the following states: VERIFIED, RELEASE_PENDING, CLOSED (ERRATA), CLOSED (CURRENTRELEASE), but it is MODIFIED instead

Comment /bugzilla refresh to re-evaluate validity if changes to the Bugzilla bug are made, or edit the title of this pull request to link to a different bug.

I don't think this is going to work (BZs/PRs may need to be created manually to allow parallel-testing) but trying anyway:

/cherrypick release-4.9

@rhjanders: once the present PR merges, I will cherry-pick it on top of release-4.9 in a new PR and assign it to you.

Looks like there's no trivial way of cancelling cherry-pick request. I will ask the Team later, worst case will close the automated cherry pick once it's actually created. Meanwhile I will proceed with manual creation of the backports in the interest of time.
