Description

Attempting to install the Ansible Service Broker via openshift-service-catalog/config.yml fails

This is an all-on-one cluster OKD that has been created via prerequisites and deploy_cluster.

ansible 2.4.3.0
  config file = /home/gandrian/projects/redhat/cloud-native-infra/ansible/openshift-ansible/ansible.cfg
  configured module search path = [u'/home/gandrian/.ansible/plugins/modules', u'/usr/share/ansible/plugins/modules']
ansible python module location = /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ansible
  executable location = /usr/local/bin/ansible
  python version = 2.7.12 (default, Dec 4 2017, 14:50:18) [GCC 5.4.0 20160609]

openshift-ansible-3.10.27-2-69-gd96b19f
Steps To Reproduce
  1. Install cluster
  2. Launche openshift-service-catalog/config.yml playbook

This cause and fix seem to be the same as have been described in this bugzilla ticket.
