RHDEVDOCS-6997: Initial vale compability assessment for DITA conversion for About OpenShift Pipelines

This pull requests modifies the modules in the About guide for OpenShift Pipelines (Tekton) as found in the about/ directory in the pipelines-docs-main branch. The files were identified by the about-pipelines.adoc and understanding-openshift-pipelines.adoc assembly files.

General changes include:

1. Adding abstracts to each module.
2. Converting callouts to definition lists.
3. Addressing vale errors and warnings.
