A workaround for now is adding the data with the type unknown dimension #1 code (unknown ❯ string-1 ❯ code)

This isn't great for programmatically consuming without making assumptions about column name or type, but it can get us by.

then it looks like this in viewer

I've experienced the same for Argentinian spending data.
Not just when mapping to date:generic, but also to date:fiscal:activity-approval.

ERROR :Field "impacto_presupuestario_fecha" can't cast value "2018-01-13 00:00:00" for type "date" with format "fmt:%Y-%m-%d"
ERROR :Field "impacto_presupuestario_anio" can't cast value "2018" for type "date" with format "fmt:%Y-%m-%d"
ERROR :Field "impacto_presupuestario_mes" can't cast value "1" for type "date" with format "fmt:%Y-%m-%d"

In all cases it tries to map the %Y-%m-%d instead of what I specified.

Hi. We've also stumbled into this bug (Spain)... :-(
Any estimation on when it will be solved? I've seen it's in the backlog of GIFT Phase IV...

Thanks,

Juanje.
