Format StrictHostKeyChecking args consistently with others, use `.Cm` instead of `.Dq`. While at it, add a missing comma after `accept-new`.

Out of interest, who not apply the comma change? Pretty much all other "If set to [something]" phrases in this file are followed by a comma, adding it to this one too would have improved consistency. |
