IDENTIFIABLE tracks not rendered in GPS traces layer

GPS traces that have visibility marked as IDENTIFIABLE are not rendered in the GPS traces layer.

For example the following track is not displayed.

FYI: I couldn't reproduce the issue. Here's a counter example of a track which was uploaded as an identifyable trace and is present on the tiles: https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/j_rides/traces/4109958
