GPS traces that have visibility marked as IDENTIFIABLE are not rendered in the GPS traces layer.
For example the following track is not displayed. http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/manuvarkey/traces/2057921

Maybe the workaround is to not use the identifiable permission?
FYI: I couldn't reproduce the issue. Here's a counter example of a track which was uploaded as an identifyable trace and is present on the tiles: https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/j_rides/traces/4109958
