Tag of imagery_used is too long while saving

(ignore the fact that the person asking the question there is using "Here" maps and shouldn't be, the issue presumably applies to compatibile custom imagery too).

In order to get the value longer than 255 you do have to try quite hard (use lots of long custom imagery URLs that are quite long, make edits between swapping imagery, and don't save in iD while changing between them)
