Differentiate Foot Path and Sidewalk styling #6522

With the ribbon UI, differentiated icons and rendering become even more important. Sidewalks and Foot Paths should render differently. Some OSM renders show a difference already with sidewalks somewhat less prominent.

I made sidewalks a little lighter, somewhat peachier. It's a subtle but appreciable difference.

I'm also open to alternative styling if someone feels we could do better.

I did this awhile back in master but I don't see why it needs to wait for v3, so I added it to 2.15
