Opera 12.10 build 1652 ru_RU; Linux x86_64, 3.5.4-1-ARCH
Tried to get permalink and found out that it is below the bottom border of the screen. If you look closely, there are some pixels from the scale bar in the bottom left corner of the map.

Given that we already know Opera 12.10 to be broken can you try upgrading to 12.11 to see if that is any better?

Nope, still off-screen in Opera 12.11 build 1661 (nothing changed, some pixels of scale bar are visible like in posted screenshot).

I was experimenting with changing browser window size, and noticed:

  1. It's not just the scale bar and permalink, but the whole map is offset (check the top panel here: http://not.textual.ru/zverik/2/3/screen-20121123-233554.png )
  2. When expanding browser window vertically, scale bar appears, but probably because the map div didn't expand properly (the white space at the top persists).

Fixed by reverting 2ef2d7c and using an alternate approach in d9352f1. Not sure why only opera seemed to be affected...

In firefox scale bar and permalink were visible, but the white space below top panel (like on 2nd screenshot) was there when scrolling. Not sure if it's intended behaviour.
