All data displayed on "browse" pages (bboxes for changesets, node positions etc.) is offset to north-west. This doesn't change with panning and zooming. I can provide screenshots later, this is easily reproducible.

Is this really only happening in Opera? or does it affect the small screen layout in general?

When I make my desktop Opera's window very small and open /browse pages, bbox displays correctly. So probably it affects only Android version. Not sure if this is specific browser's fault, will test it later.

Sorry for delay. Here are screenshots of a changeset page on different browsers in different orientations:

For some reason Sony Browser (I don't know its engine) always opens desktop version of the page. On Opera Mobile, this bug seems to affect only small screen layout.

The sony browser is presumably ignoring the media selectors and using the large screen layout

Neither the standard Android browser nor Firefox seem to do this, so it seem to be only Opera Mobile that has a problem.

I can confirm this problem. But this looks very much like this issue: Leaflet/Leaflet#1115, which suggests that its probably a bug of Opera Mobile.
