Attempting to print a map view from the OSM main page now results in just a footer being printed, and nothing else. This was reported by Ikiya here https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/24506/the-map-does-not-print-form-browser (for Firefox/Windows) and I just verified it with Firefox and Chromium on Linux - same effect on all setups, just a footer.

Fixed by merging #380.
