e.g. if someone moves a node and wishes to put it back where it was, they shouldn't have to remember or guess.
e.g. if someone deletes a node/segment by accident, they shouldn't have to redraw it by hand and remember all its tags

This is different to rolling back changes as part of the wiki, although we may wish to support 'undo' at the API level in a general way.

With the current scheme of instantly applying all changes, this won't work without complicated server help.

Supported in Potlatch 0.5 (as yet for ways only, not POI nodes).
