Would personally suggest not rendering turning_circle anyway!

I suggest rendering turning circles similar to the way Osmarender does. Please keep the size of the turning circle as it is used on Mapnik today.[[BR]]
This way turning circles would simply be rendered as an enlarged width of the street at its end which is easy to recognize and understand without consultation of the map key.

Yes following what osmarender does is the right thing to do conceptually, but I don't know how easy that would be to achieve using mapnik stylesheets.
