Natural reserve new rendering

I made a new image for rendering natural_reserve, when nr are over land and sea it is not easy to see where is the limit. So I propose this new natural_reserve2.png for zoom 14-18. I'll worked on zoom level 13 after.

A new rendering was deployed last night. However, it doesn't use the hatching you had in your image.
