[amenity-points] render building=cabin as less important building (like building=garage)

building=cabin should be treated like building=house or building=garage and should be rendered without a border. it is used a lot for those little buildings on allotments.

In the new building style, we don't render less important buildings special anymore, so this becomes irrelevant.
