Misspelled preset value (ruin->ruins)

Under Tourism there is preset for Ruin which should add tag:
historic=ruins at the moment it adds historic=ruin

I have fixed this in my pl2 instance:

https://github.com/emacsen/potlatch2 in the "ruin" branch.

I didn't rename the icon because there's no reason to.

I've made a pull request on github for my branch (now my master branch). This should solve this bug.

Once it's pulled, someone should close this.
