Switch to newer tagging schema for power source

The power plant (station) feature still uses the power_source tag.

This was deprecated by a more powerful (ho ho) set of tags that enable mappers to properly distinguish between different types of power plant.

To begin with, the power_source tag should be replaced by generator:source. If possible, the other tags should be included so that one can distinguish between, for example, solar photovoltaic and solar thermal technologies.
