[landcover] rendering of "man_made=dyke"

Hello,

dykes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levee or use http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deich for more typical pictures) are very characteristic for the coast regions for example in the Netherlands or in Germany.

That's why I wish they were rendered on mapnik, for example here -> http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=53.93896&lon=8.91375&zoom=16&layers=M
