Add presets for sidewalk data

Please add presets to the editor under the walking tab for sidewalks:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:sidewalk

The tags are supported by two excellent ITO maps:
http://www.itoworld.com/map/126
http://www.itoworld.com/map/132

They would be very useful for people trying to map the pedestrian environment.

We need this in JOSM too !!! To be more intuitive
