Right now, tqdm/tqdm#40 is reported as the oldest issue closed for 2022.

However, that issue was actually closed in 2015. There was a comment posted on the issue just after midnight UTC, and it appears that the query may be returning results on any activity, not specifically an 'issue-/PR-closure' action.

The other end of the query, the issue open date, is not detecting correctly either.

datalad/datalad-catalog#214 was opened on 4 Nov 2022, and thus should be out of scope for Closember 2022 (opened too late).

However, it still shows up in the 'oldest issue' leaderboard:
