Add performance test for switzerland

Summary

Add switzerland performance test, it contains two categories:

• stop to stop searches
• address to address searches

The stops are sourced from the gtfs file and the addresses from openaddress.

@leonardehrenfried Let me know if it would be best to keep 'transit' as category, as it might make it otherwise painful to switch from one location to another, but I see that is already the case for Skanetrafiken tests. Maybe the dashboard could be improved to handle this based on the location selected?
