Mention the call for C++ programmers to assist with Sibernetic on the Get Involved page

PMJIH, but I can't help but notice that while the OpenWorm blog has a call for C++ programmers, the website's Get Involved page says nothing at all about C++, or about Sibernetic for that matter.

With the current publicity blitz presumably driving a fair amount of traffic to the website I can't help but worry that OpenWorm is missing a big opportunity to bring new members on board here.

Agreed, we are still in the process of deciding whether to carry out a re-factoring of the Sibernetic codebase and what route that should take, @gidili or @tarelli - could you put some information on the website on the Get Involved Page regarding Sibernetic?
