USB port is not working.
Steps to reproduce:
Build and install OpenWrt v18.06.2 or later with appropriate kmods and their dependencies:
Insert a USB flash drive. There is no /dev/sd* device to mount, no new usb related messages in dmesg.
Just for test, plug in a USB optical mouse, LED does not light.
What you have already done to workaround/fix the problem:
On v18.06.1 USB works, files from the flash drive ara accessible, LED in USB optical mouse is on, corresponding dmesg messages appear.
