FS#3848 - Flyspray: Relative URLs to the same domain are prepended with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.

When in this bug reporting system a relative URL is used (to refer to some page on the same domain), e.g. [[/index.php?do=details&task_id=3846|Task #3846]], the system automatically prepends a en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ to the URL, making it landing at the very wrong place.

As example see the URL in [[https://bugs.openwrt.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=3846|Task #3846]].

To correct, it prepends a http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ (I forgit the ''http://'' in my initial report).
