Maybe this issue is related: https://bugs.openwrt.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=3952&status%5B0%5D=open
BTW, in my case (with a mir3g) I had connectivity on lan1, however I didn't had connectivity on lan2.
This issue seems to already been fixed: https://git.openwrt.org/?p=openwrt/openwrt.git;a=blobdiff;f=package/network/config/netifd/Makefile;h=4b5f110da2ff70b85428b82ab3cdbd9b318fc520;hp=35035519f95f149819e574f008d143c13ab78ebc;hb=55d9c020a1d7bcf1f7dceebfc9417de1eb448d41;hpb=089efd61e9a6cdc0ea39c184d37bc8ebbe03175c.
It took a while to propagate to the opkg repositories and this was why I thought the issue was still valid.
Updating netifd here fixed the issue.
