Change notify_response to u8.
Add probe_flags. Each bit stands for the order number in the 802.11 probe request frame body.
Order number start with 1 so bit(0) represents 1.
This means that the probe information can be selected via ubus notify_response.
Information can be added and only published via ubus, if it is needed.

Example:
ubus call hostapd.wlan0 notify_response '{"probe_flags_update":64}'
to activate ht capabilities.

Maybe it is a better idea to use an unsigend int?
I think there will be Trouble if u want to set Bit 32. ^^ Would be -1 or something like this.
