Bird new UCI/LUCI interface #53

Eloi has developed a UCI/LUCI interface for Bird during his participation in the GSOC 2014.

Both repositories are ready to be imported in openwrt-routing. Find them here:

Does someone have any concert/suggestion regarding this?

The package name (bird4-openwrt) and menuconfig placement (net/Network) seem to be odd for a LuCI module.

Fix the locations, fix also some titles. join both repositories in a single one and adapt the repository to be merged in openwt-routing (following the same directory structure)
