As title said, ISP failover is not working properly.
I have a second ISP connected via VLAN and when i test to switch to it, opnsense crashed. I can see that uptime of the opnsense is starting again from 00:00.

Would it be possible to set the VLAN in the intel nic? Would be a good way to determine if it's driver related.

  1. I forgot to say that i have another two PCI network cards and both are configured in linkagg group. Vlan is attached to linkagg. I will try to disable linkagg to add second ISP to one of the network cards from linkagg untagged. I will let you know, most probably tomorrow.
  2. Yes, i will try also to add vlan to the intel nic and try to repeat the test from that side.

@mimugmail you're right. Using intel nic is working without any issues. Is there any way to fix this?
