There are a couple of extra steps to be done, courtesy of Makefile.feld

# echo "xenguest_enable=\"YES\"" >> /etc/rc.conf.local
# ln -s /usr/local/etc/rc.d/xenguest /usr/local/etc/rc.d/xenguest.sh
