  • add support for the PROXY protocol (i.e. in combination with postfix or dovecot)
  • switch to HAProxy 1.8.4

maybe just "Version 1" because the label is already "Proxy Protocol"

@fichtner Please include this and net/haproxy-devel in OPNsense 18.1.3 to finally make the switch to HAProxy 1.8.
FYI, seamless reloads (#224) will be included in the next version due to time constraints.
